Before getting to the first Mozy promo code of 2012 I wanted to point out a great post over on the official Mozy blog. It highlights some of the new features that Mozy has added over the year.
I think I have covered all of these new Mozy features as they have come out over they year but here is a list of them in case I have missed one.
Mobile – Mozy offered the iOS app first and then later offered the Android app. They first allowed MozyHome users then MozyPro users the ability to access the files in their Mozy backup from their mobile devices.
Stash – Mozy Stash is still in beta and I have actually only mentioned it but not covered it in detail. You can join the beta program if you have multiple computers you want to sync.
Data Shuttle – This is a great new feature for MozyPro users. Data Shuttle. You can have Mozy send you a hard drive to fill with your data and ship it back to Mozy to seed your initial backup. It saves having to upload all of your data over the Internet.
